NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MUSEUM

(2017 to present)
  • Designed the Museum's first education department, including staff, public programs; volunteers; and training simulator educators in preparation for the Museum’s grand opening in October 2018.
  • Designed a pilot program titled "The Affinity Project" to strengthen police/citizen relationships; partners included Prince George’s County and the Metropolitan Police Department.
  • Redesigned and implemented a new volunteer program to encompass volunteer opportunities across both parent organizations; redesigned the Volunteer Management System.
  • Served as lead administrator for the education department, including budgets, grants, employee performance reviews, and program planning assessments.
  • Implemented 450 educational programs, classes, workshops and tours to encompass school, adult, family and outreach audiences.
  • During the first eight months generated 150,000 in add-on revenue (not including admission)
